| Payment of overtime claims is nearing completion and the
processing of penalty pay claims is finally getting on track.
We have 1,758 Plaintiffs. Of those 34 are missing, and we are still without calculations for only 5 Plaintiffs. We have accepted claim calculations for 1,655 Plaintiffs. 1,444 have been paid, a total 1,578 are on judgment lists, so we are hopeful that an additional 100 or more will get paid before the end of this year, although we cannot guarantee it. The State has recalculated penalty pay for Plaintiffs and has given us documentation that we hope will be satisfactory. We are starting to process penalty pay calculations using the same process we did before and are sending out letters to eligible Plaintiffs for approval. We are waiting for the State’s Reply Brief on the issue of interest which is in the Court of Appeals. The State can automatically get a 45 day extension which it will probably do.
